National Pain Awareness Week. November 1-7

A whopping 1 in 5 people live with chronic pain in Canada. Chronic pain is defined as a pain syndrome that has lasted persistently for more than 3 consecutive months. With such high statistics it's worrying to think that there is not more support and effective treatment. Many people end up on multiple pharmaceutical medications that mask the pain, are highly addictive and don't treat the cause. Natural solutions for pain relief can include a comprehensive approach using nutrition, botanical anti-inflammatories, and naturopathic therapies including neural therapy and prolotherapy.
