Lindsay enjoys treating all health-related issues ranging form acute and chronic pain to pregnancy, to sport related injuries and prevention. She believes that everyone is unique and thus the pursuit to achieve balance will vary. With this in mind, she will design a treatment plan that will specifically meet the needs of each.
Growing up in an active family in Kamloops, B.C., health and wellness has always been a central part of Lindsay's life. After a year of travelling the beautiful coastlines of Australia, she moved to Victoria in 2007. It was through her passion for triathlon and running that Lindsay became eager to pursue a career in massage therapy. She quickly realized the benefits of massage as a means of staying healthy and injury free. In 2009 Lindsay was the triathlon BC Long Distance Champion in her age category. She furthermore enjoys trail running, mountain biking, yoga, skiing, scuba diving, reading, cooking and gardening.
